5mm Celtic Swirl Ring with 3mm side stones
This design was inspired by an experience on a canoe at night, the clouds parting to allow moonlight to reveal the swirls from the paddle on the lake's surface. The paddle dips in the water and the water swirls about it. It is from this psyche-Celtic frame of mind Da’oud created the Celtic Swirl designs. The waves resembled the interweaving nature of the Celtic knot, both representing eternity and the cycle of life. It encompasses both the connectivity of life in the knot work, but also the ever flowing, ever changing nature of that same life in the water. Water was a very powerful symbol for Da’oud. As a Pisces, his affinity to water went deeper than his Santa Barbara roots. He saw how Water teaches us the way to deal with obstacles, having fun surfing this great power and not concerned with resistance to its flow. Rapids happen, they can be terrifying or fun, or perhaps both. The River doesn't care. Flow with it, baby.
Prices are for metal work only. Stones are sold separately
